- Service Call Charges: Fees and commissions are charged strictly on a per-service-call basis once a meeting is successfully arranged.
- Payment Terms: All payment terms will be clearly communicated prior to confirming any service call.
4. Anti-Fraud and Official Communications
We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. Please be aware that unauthorized individuals may attempt to use the “Active Gigolo Club” name to demand upfront payments.

- We will never ask you for massive upfront registration fees. Do not trust or reply to any communication claiming to represent us from any other email address or unverified source.

- Client Anonymity: We guarantee complete confidentiality for our female clients. Personal details, booking history, and contact information are strictly protected and never shared with third parties.
- Companion Privacy: Gigolo profiles and personal identification details are kept in secure offline databases and are only shared with verified clients upon confirmed bookings.
- Any breach of confidentiality by either a client or a companion will result in a permanent ban from our network.
6. Code of Conduct and Safety
Both clients and companions are expected to treat each other with utmost respect and professionalism.
- Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any form of abuse, non-consensual behavior, or harassment will result in immediate termination of services.
- Right to Refuse: Companions reserve the right to end a service call immediately if they feel unsafe, disrespected, or if the client breaches agreed-upon boundaries.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, graphics, and text on gigoloclubindia.in are the intellectual property of Active Gigolo Club. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Active Gigolo Club serves solely as a booking and introductory agency. While we take extensive measures to vet all parties, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, disputes, or losses arising from interactions between clients and companions. Users assume full responsibility for their actions and interactions during service calls.
